Online Orders Shipping & Returns Policy

Willow Boutique will gladly accept returns of full price merchandise for store credit within 21 days of receipt of goods. Tags must be attached to the merchandise and the original packing slip must accompany the return. All clearance and discounted merchandise is final sale.

Items sent back must be unworn, unwashed and in pristine condition. Footwear must include the original box and must be in its original condition. Willow Boutique has the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Purchases Returns Policy

Regular priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and tags attached. All clearance and discounted merchandise is final sale.
