Shipping

Willow Boutique only ships to the Continental United States.

Willow Boutique ships via USPS and UPS.

If you wish to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us at 612.701.4691 or hello@shopwillowlax.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive tracking information via e-mail.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 612.701.4691 or hello@shopwillowlax.com.

Regular priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and tags attached. All clearance and discounted merchandise is final sale.

Orders & Payments

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Items are sent via USPS priority mail (1-3 business days).

Gift cards of any denomination are available both online and in-store.

Willow Boutique offers gift wrapping services free of charge.
